A pet PUPPY is defined here to be a Dachshund puppy that is in good health at the time of sale, and embodies the characteristics of the Dachshund breed. This PUPPY is purebred and is registerable with the American Kennel Club. The parents of this PUPPY have no history of congenital or back problems.

The BREEDER guarantees the above-described dog to be healthy at the time of the sale. The BREEDER does not assume any liability for any injury to said puppy after delivery. The BUYER agrees to have this puppy examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery. If the BUYER’S veterinarian finds the puppy to have a congenital disease, a written statement from a licensed veterinarian must be supplied with the immediate return of the puppy to the BREEDER. BREEDER will replace said puppy with another puppy of equal value when available. All veterinary expenses are the responsibility of the BUYER. Said Puppy is guaranteed against genetic defects for up to (1) one year and will be replaced with puppy of equal value when available. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS! No guarantee is made as to disposition, conformation, or breeding ability. It is impossible to accurately determine the EXACT adult size of any puppy sold, therefore, we cannot give any size guarantee. Size estimate is based on the size of the parents. BREEDER makes no guarantees, or warranties regarding the puppy’s size. This document represents the final, total, and complete agreement between BUYER and BREEDER. All appropriate shots for the PUPPY'S age have been given, and a record of this vaccination history is supplied. The BUYER agrees to maintain the puppy's health in good condition, and to provide yearly examinations, vaccinations, heartworm test, and any other usual procedures necessary to assure good health. The BREEDER has done everything possible to produce healthy sound puppies both by breeding only dogs free from, congenital & back problems and by raising the puppies in the best way possible in regards to diet, exercise, socialization and veterinary care. There are many factors that can influence growth and developments, such as diet, exercise, weight gain, etc. The BUYER assumes the responsibility to carry on with the appropriate vaccinations, exercise and feeding schedule, as supplied by the BREEDER. The BREEDER can offer no further guarantees once the care of the puppy is no longer under their control.

The BREEDER neither makes nor implies any warranties or guarantees express or implied, other than those written in the agreement including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Breeder and Buyer with respect to this sale. The Buyer's signature below indicates that he/she has read, agrees and does understand all the conditions of the Sales Agreement and Contract of Sale.
